Paramount reveals viewership data for UFC Freedom 250

UFC Freedom 250

While last Sunday’s UFC Freedom 250 may have not hit Super Bowl levels as Dana White suggested prior to the show, the unique event did fairly well on Paramount+.

In numbers released by the streamer on Thursday, the show averaged 8.2 million viewers on average in both the U.S. and Latin America, making it “the biggest exclusive live event” in the streamer’s history. The card in total reached 17 million total viewers, according to both Nielsen and Adobe Analytics.

In the U.S., the show averaged seven million viewers with 1.2 coming from Latin America. Overall viewership saw 15.26 million from the U.S. with 1.67 from Latin America. The UFC is expected to release the full global numbers over the next week as Paramount+ doesn’t have worldwide clearance/rights for UFC programming.

The show was held in honor of U.S. President Donald Trump’s birthday in accordance with this summer’s 250th birthday celebration of the United States.

The event started at 9 pm Eastern due to weather issues in Washington DC, with the seven fight card ending shortly after 1 am Eastern.
