Despite being suspended in storyline, Brock Lesnar will be in the building when SmackDown comes to Los Angeles next month.

The Staples Center announced today that Lesnar “vows to buy a ringside seat in Los Angeles” when SmackDown takes place at the venue on Friday, December 10. Lesnar was given a storyline indefinite suspension on SmackDown three weeks ago after attacking WWE officials and damaging a camera while beating down Roman Reigns.

Lesnar’s attack on Reigns came the day after Reigns retained the Universal Championship against him at Crown Jewel. Reigns defeated Lesnar after hitting him with the Universal title belt. The Usos also interfered leading into the finish.

Lesnar gave WWE authority figure Adam Pearce two F5s after Pearce announced his suspension. The following week, Pearce added a million dollar fine onto Lesnar’s punishment.

Lesnar is also advertised for January’s Royal Rumble pay-per-view.

The December 10 SmackDown episode was originally supposed to be held in Cleveland, but the show was moved to Los Angeles as a favor to Fox.
