Charlotte Flair advances in WWE Queen of the Ring tournament
Charlotte Flair has made it to the next round of the Queen of the Ring tournament.
The multi-time Women’s Champion won her four-way opening match on Friday, defeating Lyra Valkyria, Sol Rua, and Jade Cargill. The finish had Sol Ruca hitting the Sol Snatcher on Cargill as she, Valkyria, and Ruca went at it. Ruca was cut off as Flair put the figure out on Valkyria, earning the submission win.
With the win, Flair will move on to the semifinals where she will face Liv Morgan. The Women’s World Champion won her opening round match on Monday, defeating Becky Lynch, Alexa Bliss, and Chelsea Green. Whoever wins that match will move on to Night of Champions, where they will face the winner between IYO SKY and Raquel Rodriguez.
King of The Ring semifinals will be set on Friday
The men’s King of the Ring seminfals will be decided on Friday’s show as Jey Uso will battle LA Knight, Royce Keys, and Finn Balor. The winner will face Je’Von Evans in the semifinals. The King of the Ring finals will be determined between the winner of that match and whoever wins the semifinal match between Oba Femi and Dominik Mysterio.
