Cody Rhodes part of new additions to WWE SmackDown lineup
Reigning WWE Champion Cody Rhodes will make his presence felt on Friday’s WWE SmackDown from St. Louis.
Rhodes’ addition to the show was announced Thursday, a day after WrestleMania 42 title challenger Randy Orton revealed the mystery man he has been talking to on the phone will also be in attendance. Orton recently turned on Rhodes in the lead-up to their title match in just a few weeks time.
Rhea Ripley will also be in attendance following the second straight attack last week by WWE Women’s Champion Jade Cargill, Michin and B-Fab as the build to their WrestleMania 42 match continues.
Jacob Fatu and Drew McIntyre are also expected for the show based on the WWE.com preview.
Lil Yachty will also likely make an appearance after Trick Williams invited him to the show this week amid rumors he and WWE have signed a deal to do something in the ring.
As of now, no matches have been announced.
