Kevin Owens ‘about one more month’ from returning to WWE
Kevin Owens is nearing his return to WWE television.
WWE resumed hyping up Owens’ return with a video that aired on tonight’s Raw. Owens said he was “about one more month” from coming back to WWE. Owens noted that he doesn’t know where he will be returning and hasn’t been told if he’ll be on Raw or SmackDown.
Owens was a member of the Raw roster when he underwent double knee surgery this past October.
Owens, who was at a bowling alley in the video on Raw, said he’s been asked to update the fans on what he’s been doing during his time off. He mentioned that he’s been spending as much time as he can with his wife and kids before he gets back on the road, but he’s also been paying close attention to Raw and SmackDown. Owens said it’s been rough watching other people do what he does best.
Separate videos advertising that Owens and Sami Zayn would be returning “soon” first aired on the December 17 edition of Raw.
