Liv Morgan explains why she entered the Queen of the Ring tournament
Liv Morgan wants it all.
When the Women’s World Champion’s name appeared on the bracket for this year’s Queen of the Ring tournament, it left many confused, as the winner of the tournament will get a title match at SummerSlam. But during the Clash in Italy post-show, Morgan made it clear why she’s in.
“It had me thinking of all the people that say Liv Morgan isn’t worthy of being champion, and you know what that made me think? That made me think that I am entering the Queen of the Ring tournament because I want it all,” she said. “I want it all, so I’m taking it all. Because I am the greatest Women’s World Champion of all time.”
The brackets for the Queen of the Ring
During the post-show, WWE confirmed the brackets for this year’s tournament. Morgan will meet Becky Lynch in the opening round. The winner of their match will go on to face the winner between Alexa Bliss and Chelsea Green.
Elsewhere, Sol Ruca will face Lyra Valkyria while Ric Flair faces Jade Cargill. The other side of the bracket has a four-way match pitting Roxanne Perez against IYO SKY, Giulia, and Lash Legend. Bayley will face Raquel Rodriguez, while Jacy Jayne faces Kiana James.
