Marty Jannetty thanks Cauliflower Alley Club for support following amputation

Marty Jannetty & Shawn Michaels

Marty Jannetty is grateful for the support he’s received from the Cauliflower Alley Club during a very difficult time.

In April of this year, Jannetty underwent a below‑the‑knee amputation. He shared an update on Thursday night that included a picture of him working through the rehab process with a prosthetic leg. Health insurance has covered some of his costs, but Jannetty thanked the Cauliflower Alley Club for how they have helped him bridge some of the gap. The non-profit organization is dedicated to helping wrestlers who have fallen on hard times.

“As many of you all know, Ive [recently] had to undergo an amputation,” The very first thing I must do is thank Brian Blair and his GREAT staff at the Cauliflower Alley Club or CAC. Theyve showed me quite a lot of love and compassion for my situation. Without their help I dont think I would’ve gotten through this very tough time in my life. Insurance only covers so much so I definitely needed their help. And of course if ever a time comes when I can do something for them I’M THERE!!! Thanx again CAC.”

Blair, best known to wrestling fans for his Killer Bees tag team with Jim Brunzell, is the Cauliflower Alley Club’s president and CEO. The organization holds an annual reunion in Las Vegas every summer, with the 2026 edition set for August 24-26.

In his own career, Jannetty starred for WWE and the AWA and was one half of The Rockers with Shawn Michaels. A Dark Side of the Ring episode was produced in 2023 documenting the personal and addiction struggles Jannetty battled while in wrestling and after his time in the ring was over.
