New WWE Evolve Women’s Champion crowned
Nikkita Lyons is the brand new WWE Evolve Women’s Champion.
On Wednesday, June 24, 2026 edition of WWE Evolve Succession III, fans saw Nikkita Lyons defeat Wendy Choo to win the title.
Following a closely contested fight, fans saw Lyons land a spinning front kick to Choo’s face and keep her down for the three-count pinfall.
The win tonight marks Lyons’ first reign as the Evolve Women’s Champion as well as her first title in WWE. Choo’s reign lasted a total of 70 days from the time she originally won the title. Choo won the championship back on March 20, 2026, and lost it to Lyons on May 29, 2026, when their match was originally taped. During her reign, Choo made two successful title defenses.
Apart from her run in WWE Evolve, Lyons is also featured regularly on WWE NXT, where she recently formed a stable with Nattie and Karmen Petrovic.
