WWE reportedly signed SummerSlam tryout MVP to contract last year
After a tryout last August where she won an MVP award, female European wrestling prospect Rayne Leverkusen reportedly signed a WWE contract.
Fightful Select first reported the news Friday following Leverkusen dropping the Hustle Championship on Thursday and saying farewell to the promotion afterward, one of several titles she has lost in recent weeks.
The outlet said she is believed to have signed with WWE following SummerSlam weekend in New Jersey where she was named the MVP of a tryout held on the Thursday of that week.
It’s unknown publicly if she is officially moving to the United States (hence the reason for dropping the titles) and when she could be starting at the Performance Center if so.
Born in 1998, the London, England, native started her career in late-2021 and has 200 career matches under her belt. She has also held titles for promotions like Pro Wrestling EVE, ATTACK! and PROGRESS. Familiar names she has worked against include Rhio, Dani Luna, Emi Sakura, Trent Seven, Alex Windsor and others.
