Roman Reigns announced for next week’s WWE Raw
WWE World Heavyweight Champion Roman Reigns will be on next week’s WWE Raw from Buffalo, New York.
It will be Reigns’ first appearance since the post-SummerSlam Raw when he celebrated his victory over Seth Rollins and a likely title defense against LA Knight was put further into motion. Knight appeared on Monday’s show in pursuit of a title shot but found himself in a confrontation with Jacob Fatu instead.
After the events of Monday’s main event when Jey Uso defeated Solo Sikoa, Uso will deliver Sikoa to Reigns on Monday. If Sikoa had won, he would have never had to deal with The Bloodline again.
Reigns will be on hand as an eight-man tournament to determine his title challenger for Mexico City in September continues.
In two matches previously announced, Dragon Lee will face El Hijo del Dr. Wagner Jr. while Rey Fenix faces El Fiscal to wrap up the first round. It will be the Raw debuts for all four men.
