VIDEO: ‘Happy Holidays from WWE’
WWE continued their annual tradition of producing a video to wish their fans Happy Holidays. Each year since 2012, the company has created a video with a light-hearted tone for the occasion.
The 2021 edition was sent out to WWE’s email mailing list today, and posted on YouTube.
This year’s video is optimized for TikTok, and features a faux text message exchange between Randy Orton and Riddle, plus appearances from WWE champion Big E, Sasha Banks, Naomi, Drew McIntyre, Charlotte Flair, Seth Rollins, Becky Lynch, Orton, and Riddle.
Universal Champion Roman Reigns, John Cena and Steve Austin appear in the video by way of archival footage.
Prior years have seen the video include animated versions of WWE talent, the talent singing a holiday song on stage, emoji versions of WWE talent interacting, and more. The company has also produced videos of NXT UK and WWE Performance Center talent delivering holiday greetings in years past.
