Women’s Tag Team title defense added to WWE SmackDown
Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill are set to defend their WWE Women’s Tag Team titles on the October 11 SmackDown.
Following a confrontation with Meta-Four’s Lash Legend and Jakara Jackson on Tuesday’s WWE NXT show, a Tag Team title defense for Belair and Cargill is set for this Friday’s SmackDown episode.
Belair and Cargill have appeared on both of the first two WWE NXT shows on The CW, including teaming with Kelani Jordan in a trios victory on this week’s episode.
The Women’s Tag Team Champions also hosted this past weekend’s Bad Blood pay-per-view alongside Naomi.
Roman Reigns will also speak on this Friday’s SmackDown, plus SmackDown general manager Nick Aldis will discuss a future United States Championship match for Carmelo Hayes.
