WWE announces watch party, NXT & AAA events for WrestleMania 43 weekend in NYC

WWE reveals WrestleMania 43 plans for New York City

WWE has revealed some of its plans for WrestleMania 43 weekend.

During Saturday Night’s Main Event in Madison Square Garden, the company announced their official WrestleMania 43 watch party, which will be held at the Infosys Theatre at Madison Square Garden next April. Following both nights of WrestleMania, two shows will take place: AAA Eternal Glory and NXT Stand & Deliver 2027. Dates and specific information regarding the shows weren’t announced.

AEW thinks about WrestleMania weekend plans while WWE counter-schedules

Since WWE officially announced WrestleMania 43 would be taking place in Saudi Arabia, rumors have been mounting regarding a possible AEW event in the United States the same weekend of WWE’s biggest show of the year. During the Double or Nothing media scrum back in May, Khan seemed open to the idea, saying it was “potentially viable” and “a very interesting thought.”

Meanwhile, WWE has made a concentrated effort to schedule against AEW’s biggest events. A AAA show and this year’s NXT Heatwave will run back-to-back against AEW’s biggest show of the year All In, while it was announced earlier this week that a WWE-AAA Worlds Collide show will air the same day and be held in the same city as All Out on September 26 in Chicago.
