SmackDown's fallout from Day 1 took place last night.

After their main event match at Day 1 was canceled due to Universal Champion Roman Reigns testing positive for COVID-19, Reigns and new WWE Champion Brock Lesnar met for a face-to-face confrontation last night. It included teasing the idea of a potential title vs. title match between the two.

Reigns' Royal Rumble challenger was also revealed on SmackDown. Adam Pearce said he had until the end of the night to determine who would face Reigns at the pay-per-view. Before the episode ended, Reigns received a knock at his door. It was revealed to be Reigns' former Shield stablemate Seth Rollins. Rollins laughed hysterically, and Reigns looked befuddled.

SmackDown Women's Champion Charlotte Flair declared that she'll be competing in this year's women's Royal Rumble match. Nineteen of the 30 entrants for the women's Rumble were announced last night, including the returns of Mickie James, Nikki & Brie Bella, Michelle McCool, Kelly Kelly, Summer Rae, and Lita.

"Jackass" star Johnny Knoxville appeared on SmackDown last night and officially qualified for the men's Rumble. Sheamus was also confirmed for the match.
