James & Sabin vs. Purrazzo & Drama King set for Impact Wrestling
An intergender match featuring Impact Knockouts Champion Mickie James and Chris Sabin against former champion Deonna Purrazzo and “Drama King” Matthew Rehwoldt is set for next Thursday’s Impact Wrestling.
Sabin and Rehwoldt went one-on-one this week with Sabin picking up the win. Purrazzo was on commentary and distracted Sabin, leading to James coming out and a brawl breaking out between the two. They are set to rematch for James’ Knockouts title at January’s Hard to Kill.
Next Thursday will also feature Knockouts Tag Team Champions The IInspiration and The Influence (Madison Rayne and Tenille Dashwood) against Decay (Rosemary, Havok, Black Taurus and Crazzy Steve) in an intergender match.
In a grudge match between former stablemates, Violent by Design leader Eric Young will take on Rhino in a street fight.
The show will also see the six competitors for the first-ever women’s Ultimate X match at Hard to Kill announced.
