Tony Khan appearance, two matches announced for Impact Wrestling

AEW president Tony Khan will be on next week’s Impact Wrestling to help negotiate the potential involvement of Sami Callihan in the upcoming Against All Odds main event featuring Impact World Champion Kenny Omega vs. Moose.

Callihan defeated Moose by DQ in the main event of Thursday’s show thanks to the help of the Good Brothers and Omega. As Don Callis, Omega and the Good Brothers were celebrating their efforts backstage, Scott D’Amore suggested to Callis that Callihan be included in the main event since he had a win over the no. 1 contender.

Callis said Khan wouldn’t agree to that because of Impact’s agreements with AEW and that Callihan is blacklisted by Khan. D’Amore said he thought Callis might say that, but he retorted that he already contacted Khan and he would be in the building next week to negotiate things.

Two matches were also announced for next week:

  • Havok vs. Rosemary: Rosemary is set to face Knockouts Champion Deonna Purrazzo at Against All Odds, but if Havok can get a win next week, the match will become a three-way instead.
  • W. Morrissey vs. Willie Mack: Morrissey and Rich Swann were supposed to have a match Thursday, but Morrissey jumped Swann and laid him out. Mack came out to make the save for his friend, leading to this match for next week. Swann and Morrissey will now go one-on-one at Against All Odds.
