Drew McIntyre-Randy Orton face-to-face segment set for WWE Raw
The build to SummerSlam will continue with a face-to-face segment on tonight’s Raw.
WWE has announced that WWE Champion Drew McIntyre and Randy Orton will go face-to-face on Raw tonight ahead of their title match at SummerSlam later this month:
When Randy Orton struck Drew McIntyre last week, the WWE Champion never saw it coming, just as The Viper promised.
But The Legend Killer won’t be able to catch McIntyre by surprise tonight on Raw when the two come face-to-face less than three weeks away from their WWE Title showdown at SummerSlam.
How will The King of Claymore Country react to Orton’s ruthless, out-of-nowhere attack last week? And what might The Viper have up his sleeve this time?

McIntyre defending his WWE Championship against Orton at SummerSlam was made official after a challenge that was issued by Orton on Raw last Monday. After McIntyre defeated Dolph Ziggler in last week’s main event, Orton laid McIntyre out with an RKO.
SummerSlam is taking place on Sunday, August 23.
Tonight’s Raw will also feature Shane McMahon’s return to WWE television, the arrival of a new faction, Apollo Crews defending his United States Championship against MVP, and WWE following up on Asuka losing the Raw Women’s Championship to Sasha Banks last week.
