Sheamus launching new YouTube series following WWE exit
After exiting WWE, Sheamus will be continuing his Celtic Warrior Workouts series under a new name.
Sheamus has rebranded the Celtic Warrior Workouts YouTube channel, which has more than one million subscribers, to “S. Farrelly Workouts.” It will be the home for a new series he’s launching named “Brave Change.” Further details about the series and when it will be premiering have not been announced yet.
“Welcome to the official YouTube channel for S. Farrelly… Brave Change!,” the official channel description says.
The most recent episode of Celtic Warrior Workouts was released in February 2026 and had Sol Ruca as the guest. The most popular videos on the channel have featured John Cena, Charlotte Flair, Rhea Ripley, Seth Rollins, Becky Lynch, and Cesaro (Claudio Castagnoli), with the highest-viewed video being a Cena one from 2019 with 16 million views.
Sheamus’ post-WWE future —
It’s believed that Sheamus will become a free agent at the start of October. Going forward, he will be using S. Farrelly as his name for all professional endeavors. The 48-year-old former World Champion underwent shoulder surgery in late 2025 but feels like he is now in the best shape of his life.
When asked about Sheamus potentially joining AEW, Castagnoli told Daily Star last month that he would love to see his friend more often but doesn’t want to speak for Sheamus until Sheamus is ready and able to answer questions about his future.
It was first reported on July 5 that Sheamus would be departing WWE when his contract expired. He had been offered a restructured deal by the company but is said to have “swiftly rejected” the pay cut.
