Jon Moxley & Wheeler Yuta vs. Best Friends announced for AEW Dynamite
AEW interim World Champion Jon Moxley & Blackpool Combat Club teammate Wheeler Yuta will take on Best Friends on this Wednesday’s Fyter Fest edition of AEW Dynamite.
Moxley is coming off a non-title win over Konosuke Takeshita on Dynamite while Yuta is preparing for his Ring of Honor Pure title defense next Saturday against Daniel Garcia at ROH Death Before Dishonor. Yuta also used to be a member of Best Friends.
Trent Beretta & Chuck Taylor haven’t lost as a team since an October 2020 edition of Dynamite when they were unsuccessful in defeating then-AEW Tag Team Champions FTR — a streak of nine straight matches.
Wednesday’s show from Duluth, Georgia, is headlined by Chris Jericho vs. Eddie Kingston in a barbed wire death match. Christian Cage will also return to action for the first time since the June 1st Dynamite.
