— There were 6,898 tickets out for tonight’s show as of this morning.

— There has been ticket movement of late for SummerSlam which was at 30,205 for Saturday and 29,897 tickets for Sunday as of earlier today. All In in London was at 34,617 as of today.

— For 9/26, the WWE show at the Allstate Arena has 5,896 tickets oput and the AEW All Out PPV show in at the NOW Arena has 5,515 tickets out.

— Anthony Joshua was knocked down twice in the first round in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia yesterday before coming back in round two, knocking out Kristian Prenga. A loss by Joshua could have killed his fight with Tyson Fury.

— For Google searches this weekend, Errol Spence Jr. was No. 5 with 200,000. Anthony Joshua was at 50,000 for his fight yesterday. The UFC show in Abu Dhabi was at 108,000. The PFL show yesterday was at 5,000. The only thing pro wrestling related was Nick Aldis with 2,000.

— We’ve heard about a ton of great wrestling over the past few days. At Arena Mexico on Friday, it was Komander and Mascara Dorada who were the two last men left in the Leyenda de Plata elimination Cibernetico. They will wrestle this coming Friday in a PPV main event which will also include Persephone vs. Tessa Blanchard for the CMLL women’s title and India Sioux vs Thunder Rosa for the Mexican national women’s title. The full card will be announced Monday night most likely. The elimination match was said to be awesome nonstop action with Titan,Templario, Dorada, Angel de Oro, Neon, Volador Jr., Guerrero Maya Jr., Komander, Capitan Suicida and Calavera Jr. I.

— The other matches we’ve heard about were the top bouts from yesterday’s G-1, and in particular Konosuke Takeshita vs. Oleg Boltin and Yota Tsuiji vs. Shingo Takagi, both which people have said was the best match of the tournament so far, as well as Yuto-Ice vs. Ryohei Oiwa, and today’s Zack Sabre Jr. vs. Gabe Kidd match.

— G-1 standings

— As was expected, Thunder Rosa confirmed she is no longer on Busted Open radio due to it being moved to a WWE channel. This came right after Dave LaGreca said nothing would be changed. Well, they may have told him that, but any understanding of history would have told him otherwise.

— The annual Zero-1 Fire Festival has its final match on 8/7 at Korakuen Hall with A block winner Masato Tanaka against B block winner Katsuhiko Nakajima.

— Raw tomorrow night has announced another Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins face-off, Oba Femi and Brock Lewnar weigh-in with HHH supervising, Sol Ruca vs. Raquel Rodriguez for the IC title, Bron Breakker & Austin Theory vs Tozawa & Otis non-title and Joe Hendry & Danhausen concert.

— Arena Mexico tonight at 7 pm. has Templario & Esfinge vs. Barbaro Cavernario & Volador Jr., Atlantis & Blue Panther & Xelhua vs Ultimo Guerrero & Gran Guerrero & Stuka Jr., India Sioux & Johnnie Robbie & LLuvia vs. Dark Silueta & Princesa Sugeith & Sanely and a three-team trios match with Cobarde & El Hijo de Stuka Jr. & Felino vs Magia Blanca & Rey Pegasus & Tornado vs. Coyote & Polvora & Vaquero Jr.

— Hall of Famer Jaguar Yokota had her 50th anniversary match Friday night at Korakuen Hall. Yokota & Mayumi Ozaki & AJa Kong won the main event over Mei Seira & Starlight Kid & Unagi Sayaka.

— Wrestling Revolver on Friday night in Nashville: Damien Chambers on three-way over Ace Austin and Gringo Loco, Jon Moxley b Joe Alonzo, Jonathah Gresham & Adam Priest b Jay Lucas & Terry Yaki, Juni Underwood won scramble match, Myron Reed & Killer Kelly b Mance Warner & Steph De Lander, Bille Starkz b Amazana, Ryan Mattias & KJ Reynolds won over Dick Meyers & KC Jacobs, Brent Oakley and Crash and Derek Dilinger & Katie Arquette to keep the tag titles, Joseph Sawyer (Joe Gacy) b Rich Swann.

— Tommy Rich turned 70 today. Yukio Sakaguchi turned 52. Roderick Strong turned 42. Marty Scurlll turned 37. Tessa Blanchard turned 30. Super Porky Brazo de Plata died five years ago today at the age of 58. (thanks to Tony Richards)

— Kento Miyahara retained the Triple Crown over Ren Ayabe today in Kobe. Miyahara next defends the title against Yuma Anzai, which should be great.

— Bandido was the first wrestler announced for Kirk White’s Big Time Wrestling 30th anniversary show at the San Jose Civic Auditorium on 10/18.

— Salahdine Parnasse, who was on the Rousey-Carano show and won an underneath bout, was signed by UFC and will headlined the 9/5 show in Paris, France against Dan Hooker. Paransse beat Kenneth Cross in the first round on the Netflix show.
