Jeff Jarrett back with WWE in live events executive position

Jeff Jarrett is back with WWE.

PWInsider reported Friday that according to multiple sources, the former six-time WWE Intercontinental Champion, Tag Team Champion and European Champion has officially returned as a “high-level executive” on the live events side of the business.

He begins next week. He has yet to confirm the news or discuss on social media.

Jarrett, a 2018 inductee into the WWE Hall of Fame, had returned to the company as a producer in January 2019. He and Eric Bischoff appeared on a January 2022 edition of SmackDown, and he will appear on the Steve Austin Broken Skull Sessions podcast next week.

The 54-year-old has recently popped up in GCW for several appearances including at the company’s Wrld on GCW pay-per-view in January. He was the special referee for the NWA World title match at this year’s Crockett Cup and recently appeared at this month’s AAA TripleMania.

He also hosts the My World podcast as part of Conrad Thompson’s network.
