WWE SmackDown video highlights: Owens & Reigns lay out Shane

The build to SummerSlam continued on last night's episode of SmackDown.

Kofi Kingston defending his WWE Championship against Randy Orton, Finn Balor vs. "The Fiend" Bray Wyatt, and Kevin Owens vs. Shane McMahon were all made official for the pay-per-view. It's taking place at the Scotiabank Arena in Toronto, Ontario, Canada on August 11.

Owens vs. Shane has a stipulation where Owens will "quit WWE" if he loses. Shane made a match between Owens and Roman Reigns last night, with Drew McIntyre as the special guest referee, Elias as the timekeeper, and Shane as the ring announcer. Owens and Reigns ended up fighting off all three and laying out Shane to close the show.

Shawn Michaels made an appearance on Miz TV last night and was given a superkick by Dolph Ziggler.

Ember Moon defeated Charlotte Flair after a distraction from Bayley. Moon then laid out both Charlotte and Bayley with The Eclipse.

Later in the show, Charlotte did a backstage interview and said she's going to prove she's the greatest female wrestler of all time at SummerSlam.
